REBAL HUE magazine wanted to highlight an upcoming company that specialize in collaborating with local creatives in the Washington, DC area.

MoneyBee Productions recently had an event tilted A Day At The Studio. The event focused on the behind the scenes of a photo shoot, when it comes hair, make-up and fashion. Along side the behind the scenes action there was several vendor to network with. REBAL HUE is here to break down some of the highlights of A Day At The Studio with MoneyBee Productions.

Who MoneyBee Productions?

MoneyBee Productions creative incubation initiative was created as an opportunity for Local Creatives to come together and collaborate. We are often excluded due to lack of experience or have no way to gain exposure. The

The Found Of MoneyBee Productions: Nyasha Klusmann

Industry only wants to acknowledge “seasoned” professionals, which often requires years of networking and portfolio building. The Incubation Initiative allows Creatives the opportunity to gain experience, develop a network of individuals that you know posses the skills you need and the professionalism to deserve, and receive free portfolio pictures. Founder and Fellow Creative, Nyasha Klusmann, has successfully put on 4 events since 2016 and recently added another to her jacket. She plans to have an annual event every year to follow.


 

The Make-Up

When it came to the make-up it was a show of it’s own! The make-up was done by a Washington, DC base artist name Julianna Yates and her company is Crippled But Cute  Artistry. Her use of bold colors and complementary colors stood out the most. Her make-up for A Date At The Studio were very fashion forward and editorial worthy.

The Vendors 

There were several different at A Day At Studio such as Hala Maria Henna, LeAnne Belton, Pack Eats, Big Necklace and list goes on. Each vendor had something unique and refreshing to contribute.
